Project Description
University: Archive Renovation

Design of a new air handling unit set to control temperature and %RH of an existing 2500 sqft archival space requiring RH at 45% +/- 5%.

Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Company: New Biotech Research and Admin Headquarters

New 21,300 sqft biotech research facility for ocular treatment R&D. Facility to include wet and dry labs, cleanroom space and multiple process gas systems.

University: Multiple Lab Renovations

Multiple lab renovations involving relocation and repiping of fume hoods and wet benches, and new space design for nuclear magnetic resonance tools.

Industrial: Pump House Diagnostics

Design of fire suppression system including fire alarm wiring and hydraulic calculations. Sprinkler layout performed for 29,000 sqft of process warehouse space.

High-Tech: Cleanroom Rh Control

Specification of supplemental HVAC system with an air handler that can control 10,000 sqft room % RH. System monitors and controls using an air handler with a DX coil to lower the supply air RH to a level appropriate for fiber optics manufacturing.

University: Multiple Building Fire Alarm System Upgrades

Replacement of original building fire alarm systems in multiple campus buildings. Engineering design includes the installation of new systems in accordance with state codes and fire prevention regulations, and local fire department requirements.

University: DNA Lab Renovation

Design of lab piping, HVAC, exhaust, and electrical upgrades for new lab space. The design incorporated the control of exhaust from fume hoods and BSC's.

Technology Process Management Company: New Process Space Renovation

Newly acquired process technology needed to be relocated to an existing facility. Utility infrastructure upgrades included UPS, power, and fire alarm.

College: Central Plant and Distribution Upgrades

Renovation of campus-wide central power system and distribution equipment.
